  • Restaurant Policies & Guest Information

    We want every guest to have an enjoyable and seamless experience. Please take a moment to read through our policies before your visit.

  • Dress Code

    Our dress code is smart casual. While we encourage comfort, the following items are not permitted in the restaurant: Tracksuits, Slippers, Sliders, Crocs or similar footwear

  • Group Bookings (8+ Guests)

    For bookings of 8 or more guests, we kindly ask that: A maximum of 3 card payments be made per table. This helps us maintain efficient service, especially during busy periods.

  • Large Group Bookings (12+ Guests)

    For bookings of 12 or more guests, the following applies: A £10 per person deposit is required. Each guest must order a minimum of one starter and one main from our set menu (provided at the time of booking). A pre-order must be submitted at least 72 hours before the reservation. No amendments to the pre-order can be made within 72 hours of the reservation. This allows our kitchen to prepare in advance and ensure a smooth experience for your group.

  • Cake Policy

    You are welcome to bring a cake to celebrate your occasion. However, please note: Cakes must be brought at the time of your reservation. We do not store cakes in advance unless your full party is present. We are unable to accept early drop-offs of cakes for later bookings. This policy is in place to ensure food safety and proper storage standards.

  • Decorations

    Decorations are welcome under the following conditions: They must not cause damage to the venue. They must be easy to clean up. We do not allow confetti, glitter, adhesive decorations, or items that need to be attached to walls or ceilings. If you have specific decor plans, please check with us in advance.

  • General Policies

    These are strict policies of the restaurant. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service at our discretion.

    We do not tolerate disruptive behavior, disrespect toward staff or other guests, or violations of our policies.

  • Lateness Policy

    We hold tables for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your table will be automatically released, and you may need to wait for the next available table. Please call ahead if you are running late.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
